With over a third of Team GB's medals brought home by women, this summer really was the season of girl power.
And although the Olympics are over, the great girls of the games are still enjoying every second.
Some of the nation's favourite female medalists have joined forces to celebrate in style by dressing up as the original girl-power icons and stars of the Olympics Closing Ceremony: the Spice Girls.
This match is anticipated for all sorts of reasons, in part because these two have met all too rarely. Both previous encounters were in 2009, at Sydney at the start of the season, and then the WTA Championships at the end. Wozniacki retired in the second set of the latter, but their meeting Down Under was as close as it could be - the young Dane pushed Serena to a third-set tie-break and even held match points.
